MTSSR is the biggest vocational and technical institution in Brunei Darussalam offering a wide range of courses in various fields. It has the potential to be even bigger, more prominent and meaningful to Brunei Darussalam.

The impressive employment record of MTSSR graduates, the numerous achievements of past and current students and their propensity to excel in their various challenging pursuits are things that the College is very proud of and rightly so. Much has been done in the past but to stay relevant in changing times, more needs to be done in the years to come as we endeavour to continue to provide high quality technical education and training relevant to the needs of the industries in general, and the country as a whole.

Our vision, mission, and targets are high and demanding but we have the appropriate programmes and the qualified personnel to achieve them. Success in education and training would require every single one of us, educators and students alike, to give the very best that we possibly could, in everything we do, every time. If we can do that throughout the training period, Insha Allah we will all succeed.

Life demands that we work hard, effectively, and honestly, be it as a student or an employee. Students owe it to themselves to work hard from start to finish. MTSSR can only help students who are willing to help yourselves. We should always strive to be an asset, and not a liability, to our family, community, and, ultimately our employer. On top of developing competencies, students should never stop evolving and improving themselves as human beings for skills devoid of compassion and humility is meaningless. So work hard, work smart and be the best that you can be.
