I am extremely glad to note that MTSSR is one of the fastest growing technical institutions in Brunei Darussalam offering a wide range of courses in vocational and technical fields.

We at MTSSR believe that the path to success lies in accepting challenges as opportunities for growth. Our mission, which is to maximise Bruneian potential and fulfil national aspirations through high quality technical education and training, cannot be achieved without the hard work, commitment and diligence of our staff and students.

We are proud of the employment record of our graduates and the numerous accolades of past and current students for achieving distinction in their pursuits in all walks of life. Much has been done in the past years but still more needs to be done in the years to come as we endeavour to provide high quality technical education that is responsive and relevant to the needs of the industries in general, and the country as a whole.

Our targets are both high and demanding, but Insha Allah, we have the appropriate programmes and the qualified personnel required to ensure the high standards of teaching and learning.
